Domestic Shipping

All orders ship from Salt Lake City, UT in the United States.

OnSite Climbing Holds ships via UPS. For questions or comments regarding shipping, please feel free to contact us or UPS directly.

International Shipping

We will ship UPS worldwide by default. Please contact us for large international orders prior to placing the order.  We can work with you to determine the best shipping options.

Manufacturing

Standard manufacturing turn around times (the time that the customer's order is placed on the website to the date that the products ship) is typically 10-20 business days.  All climbing holds are manufactured per order, we do not maintain a stock of any holds unless directly stated.
